Top ten movies in UK

information from :The The Thelegraph
The top 10 movies in Uk  are:
10- Twilihgt         Rating:* total gross:\£13,910,877
The latest installment of th ade: e Twilight Saga is a formless, gormless soap opera. And you know what’s going to happen.
It isn’t bad ,but it isn’t good.

9-Welcome to the Rileys    Rating:** gross:\£517
This independent drama directed by Jake (son of Ridley) Scott has fun moments and strong work from all three leads, but the facile screenplay runs out of things to say fairly quickly.
We don’t recomed for some peoples, because it’s a very strong film.
8-Magic trip      Rating:* gross:\£306
The film has sat in the vaults ever since and gives us a vivid feel for the bedhopping, acid-dropping subculture, if a little less insight than you’d hope: beyond Kesey, the cast (Kerouac, Cassady, Ginsberg) drop in and out too lackadaisically for us to scratch the surface, and the hidden costs of the sexual revolution aren’t significantly probed.
We don't recommend.
7-Immortals  Rating:**** gross:\£4,309,798
It’s a film about a superhero, and the film is full of greek myths . If you like this kind of movies you should try.
6-Tabloid      Rating:**
Morris gets back to his human-interest roots with this terrifically entertaining documentary, disinterring the late-1970s redtop obsession that was the “manacled Mormon”. Former US beauty queen Joyce McKinney, who’s now suing Morris, caused a sensation after kidnapping a Mormon missionary in Surrey, chaining him to a bed, and supposedly forcing him into sex. She’s always claimed he came along willingly, but Morris’s doc is less about What Really Happened than exploring the lifespan of one of those stories that kept on giving.

5-Oslo , August 31st Rating:**** gross:\£18,88
Norwegian director Joachim Trier improves on his debut, Reprise, with the luminously moving Oslo, August 31st.
He gives us an aching day of soul-searching: it’s about a once-promising writer (Anders Danielsen Lie) who’s frittered away his chances through drug abuse and hard living. Out of rehab, he tries to reconnect with his past life, receiving a mix of tea and sympathy, bitterness and unanswered phone calls.
4-The Awekening Rating:**** gross:\£522,434
Rarely does a horror film make the back of your neck tingle with the calibre of its performances as well as its jumps and jolts – but The Awakening, a beautifully mounted ghost story in the style of The Turn of the Screw, provides chills of both kinds.
3-Arthur Christmas Rating:***** gross:\£5,018,421
Here's a sharp reminder of the crowd-pulling power of franchises: in order for a Christmas family film that’s actually about Christmas to stand a chance at the box office, it has to be released in early November
2-Wuthering Heights Rating:***** gross:\£353,454
I’d say this astonishing adaptation of Wuthering Heights was one of the most impressive costume dramas  seen in years, except it’s so far removed from any normal expectations of the genre that I’d hesitate to call it a costume drama at all. Andrea Arnold’s film certainly boasts the bonnets, romance, shots of the English countryside and 19th-century source material that are the form’s hallmarks; but it’s also strange, profane and flecked with rime and spittle. It feels, in the best way possible, totally alien.
1-SnowTown  Rating:***** gross:52,323
There are very few accurate things you can say about Justin Kurzel’s Snowtown that would comfortably adorn the poster. OK, “brilliant” works. “A bit like being buried alive” rather less so. It’s one of the most disturbing movies of our moment, not just for the true-crime subject, but because Kurzel’s searing technique and expertise with actors get so far under your skin. This could be the most accomplished film of the year that I’d tell my parents to avoid like rabies.
